This Privacy Policy explains how Wisp ("the app", "we", "us"), a sleep-sounds app published by VeloLogic Labs, handles information. Wisp does not require an account — you don't give us a name, email, or password to use it.
This data is pseudonymous and is not linked to your name or email.
In the EEA/UK we ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, and you can choose non-personalized ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
Payments are processed by Google Play — we never see or store your card or payment details.
Your saved mixes, downloaded sound files (cache), and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us.
We share data only with the service providers that make the app work (listed below), acting as our processors. We do not sell your personal data.
Wisp is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable) and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. You can also reset your advertising ID in device settings, and uninstalling the app removes the locally-stored data. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
Analytics data is retained according to our Firebase configuration (by default up to 14 months). Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and to honor subscriptions.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and our providers apply industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or store listing.
